Mr. Brand has been involved in all aspects of the direct mail business over the past 25 years. He has experienced full leadership responsibilities for a variety of companies and assignments including: General Manager, Southam Direct Marketing, Responsible for Toronto and Montreal facilities - negotiated company acquisition and new product acquisitions; President, Datamark Response Group, database management and direct marketing for financial, fundraising and publishers for Canadian and U.S. clients; Vice President, SDMS Communications, Ltd. For U.S. and Canadian Operations.

Mr. Brand has been involved in and served on the boards of many important direct marketing associations: President, Toronto Direct Marketing Association (1989 - 1991); Vice President, Toronto Direct Marketing Association (1988 - 1989); and President, Canadian List Owners Association (1986 - 1988).

Mr. Brand is a graduate of Trent University (Sociology) and Guelph University (Agricultural Business) in Ontario, Canada.
